NOVO Austin Continues to Thrive
In response to the growth and demands of our West Coast clientele, NOVO began operations in Austin in 2012. In this market, we are called upon to manage fast-paced, high-end construction mainly in the technology, investment, and life-science sectors. As a Boutique GC, we are selective with the work we target so that each project we take on gets the full attention and staff required for execution at the highest level.

Since 2012, we have delivered countless projects in Austin, from tenant improvement projects to large manufacturing facilities. Here is a look at some of the amazing projects we have completed.
Indeed Domain
11 Floor tenant improvement covering 310,000 SF. First generation build included a 7-story interconnecting staircase, another 2-story staircase, atrium, coffee/juice bars for baristas, multiple break rooms, multiple training rooms, many varying size conference and meeting rooms, all hands areas, extremely mindful acoustical considerations throughout with integral Tecno demountable wall systems, and a large commercial kitchen with two full serveries able to feed up to 1800 employees.
RigUp
4 Floor tenant improvement covering 100,000 SF. Large open office space including private offices, custom meeting rooms, custom wood millwork and wall cladding throughout, high-end lighting, large all-hands break room with view, break-out coffee bars with built-in banquette seating and exposed concrete flooring. Mixture of Custom Wall Systems and Teknion Wall Systems throughout. Includes sections with local, Custom Built Workstations & Furniture. Break and lounge areas were designed to allow employees to work away from their assigned desks.
Dell
110,000 SF high-end tenant improvement including full demolition back to shell. Remodel included new acoustical partitions, high-end fixtures and finishes throughout. Mostly open office floor plan concept with private conference/meeting rooms, phone rooms, large break areas and new restrooms. Great care was taken to successfully build around highly sensitive, occupied space.
Boston Consulting Group
13,000 SF High-End tenant improvement featuring a completely custom circular conference room, large open break area concept, sleek lighting fixtures throughout, multi-tiered acoustical baffles and a café overlooking Austin. Also included was end-grain wood floor, Italian ceramic tile, turf rigid baffles, illuminated wall with acrylic panels, Haworth demountable wall systems, custom wall graphics, etc.
Informatica
3 Floor tenant improvement covering 75,000 SF. Large open office space with many creative and private break out zones facilitated by custom slat walls, hanging felt treatments and strategically placed millworks. Also included in the project were geometric felt ceilings, open ceilings accenting mechanical design and bar joist structure, and two Big Ass fans. Circulation included game room, coffee retreat, and large break area with flat panel displays. Scattered acoustical furniture retreats, a garden themed room, a library style retreat, and a cinema style lounge.
