Northland Controls HQ Receives IIDA-NC Honor Award

We are proud to announce our project for Northland Controls HQ project in Milpitas received the International Interior Design Association of Northern California (IIDA NC) Work Medium Honor Award!

NOVO was selected to build-out the 2-story, 30,000 SF office in Milpitas for the growing global security integrator company. One of the challenges of this project was keeping an open space while maintaining the high-level security needs of our client. The main features of Northland Control’s headquarters include the 2-story main entrance, and the central pavilion that also functions as the office’s main board room. The pavilion features a double-wide sliding door that opens to the all-hands area which allows for an easy transition from meetings to other activities that require a large, open space.

It is an honor for NOVO to have been a part of this project and we could not have completed it without Northland Controls, Design Blitz, and many others who helped our project team deliver this successful project.
